3. Pricing and Payment: Detailed pricing information for our services can be obtained by contacting us directly. We offer competitive rates based on the scope of your project. Payment terms will be communicated during the booking process. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
4. Booking Confirmation: Your booking will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and a signed agreement. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be clearly outlined in the agreement.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling: a. Cancellation: In the event of a project cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the agreement. The cancellation notice must be provided in writing. b. Rescheduling: We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to reschedule a project, please notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled start date. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
6. Project Approval and Revisions: a. Approval: Upon completion of the project, we will provide you with a preview for your review and approval. Once approved, the final version will be delivered. b. Revisions: We offer a specified number of revisions based on the package you’ve chosen. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
7. Client Responsibilities: a. Content and Permissions: You are responsible for providing all necessary content, including images, videos, and written materials. You must also obtain any required permissions for copyrighted materials. b. Communication: Timely and clear communication is essential for project success. Prompt responses to our inquiries will ensure that your project stays on schedule.
8. Usage Rights: Upon final payment, you will receive usage rights for the video content produced for the intended purpose outlined in the agreement. Usage rights can be extended upon request and agreement.
9. Confidentiality: We value your privacy and will treat all project-related information as confidential. We will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without your explicit consent.
10. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other situations beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to fulfill our obligations. However, we will not be held liable for delays or inability to perform due to such events.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Accra, Ghana.
